Mom and Aunt each have one for transporting clothes to launder and groceries. Sturdy, light weight and fold up nicely for storage.

This is a great item, I do believe it will last for a long time, light weight, easy to fold. I bought it for my mother in law who lives three stories up from her car in a condo...needs something to haul things back and forth. She keeps this tucked away in the back of her car and has it when she needs it. Glad I found it.

This cart is extremely easy to assemble. It's attractive (not the granny cart I was trying to avoid) and handles like an umbrella stroller. It collapses to a width of about 7-8 inches and slips easily between my refridgerator and the wall, too. I've really got no complaints. I live in Tucson where we generally don't have sidewalks or great road maintenance so I was a little disturbed to find that it didn't perform well under these circumstanes. The wheels get caught in ruts easily and get bogged down in my driveway's broken rock surface. While this is hardly the manufacturers fault, I'd warn others in rural areas to try out the wonder wheeler with its wide wheels meant for rolling on sand. I'd say for urban users, you can't do much better. As for the rear wheels, these are the only parts that you must assemble yourself and I can see how they might then be the first parts to break. That said, if you get a good two years of use out of it, at approximately $2 per month, I'd say you got your money's worth. Go for it. It's a good deal!
UPDATE: Update: Purchased in July and lasted through October... One of the front wheels on my cart hit an uneven part of the sidewalk and buckled. The cart was full of groceries, but not overloaded. I'm disappointed but I cannot say I'm surprised. I advise any shoppers contemplating this cart to think about the surfaces you'll be travelling on. If it's from the car to the front door, this is a good purchase. If you're using it to travel to and from the market on a weekly or semi-weekly basis, I'd look for one with a sturdier frame designed for heavy use.

RECENTLY MOVED TO A HI-RISE AND PURCHASED THE FOLDING SHOPPING CART TO BRING GROCERIES, BOTTLED WATER, ETC. FROM CAR TO ELEVATOR TO CONDO. THIS CART IS THE BEST ---- IT HOLDS MORE THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD. IT IS SO EASY TO COLLAPE AND EASY TO MANEUVER -- THE WHEELS ARE FANTASTIC. I HAVE USED THIS FOR MANY MORE THINGS THAN GROCERIES -- RUGS, HEAVY PLANTERS, HEAVY VASES --- EVERYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE. THIS IS THE BEST THING I HAVE PURCHASED IN YEARS. FANTASTIC -----

One of the things that other reviewers haven't mentioned yet is something I found very unusual. Because of the stroller-like profile, I've had truck drivers and security guards and all sorts of people do nice things like let me walk in front of their right-of-way or open doors for me and smile when I use this cart. It's only a split second later that they realize it's not a baby in a stroller but some sort of cart. That's the only part I find slightly uncomfortable about the situation where the cart seems to inadvertently take advantage of people's automatic good intentions toward mothers with young children. I'm only 5'3" and can push the cart easily but my husband is 6'3" and he must bend over nearly double to use the cart. I'm not sure someone over 5'6" or so would be able to push this easily as the handles are not that high. We have another cart that we purchased when we moved to Europe that the locals seemed to be using more often. Other than that, it's got the largest volume of all the grocery carts I've used, with also the smallest fold away (like a stroller), with the exception of those little drag/roll carts that can fold up into your purse. I've had more than 40 or 50 lbs in it with no problems ... I've seen that traditional stroller x-fold design can hold 5 year old kids in a bind so heavy loads don't seem to be a problem thus far. One time we put a small 6 foot tree in it from the farmer's market to our home. I've used it in Europe, no problem with curbs and cobblestones but taking it on up and down stairs of the subway has turned out to be a hassle so I would recommend this cart only if you're not going to navigate too many stairs. Despite all of these things if I know I'm going for a large grocery shopping trip, it's my go-to cart for certain, stairs or not. I know I'll be able to fit everything I want to get.
